Water Ski Tournaments & Schools - Tournament School
The LVWSC sport development strategy is beginning in the 2005/6
season with the annual tournament water ski school to be held at
the club ski site Lake Narracan – Halls Bay, Yallourn North.
This school is primarily directed at Club members and for the not
so elite tournament skiers of every age that are striving to reach
the qualifying standards and above necessary to compete at the Australian
National Championships.
The Club School
The school is to be run over five days (Mon-Fri) 8-12 January 2007 by the Latrobe Water Ski Club Inc. at their multiple lake site in Halls Bay. Coaching in the three disciplines of slalom tricks and jump is to be provided for three skis per day depending on numbers between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with debriefing sessions. There are only a maximum ten (10) places per day in the school involving coaching.
Participants must be Club members as a minimum or AWWF members. All other personal needs are the responsibility of the student. A fee of $85 per day shall be paid in advance.
An adult guardian must accompany students under the age of 17 years.
LVWSC Inc reserves the right to accept or reject any registration presented.
