The Latrobe Valley Water Ski Club Inc is delegated control of the halls Bay area of Lake Narracan on weekends, every second Wednesday in the month, public holidays,Ski Schools & other selected days from October 1 through to Easter or alternatively March 31 the following year.
This is fully sanctioned under the Clubs lease of the Halls Bay Site with the Latrobe City Council & the Marine Board.

Once the water is closed off, it is controlled by the Club until 6 pm. Skier lists operate for each skiing area to ensure that there is no overcrowding and that each skier gets fair go. Essentially, each skier on the water is entitled to six attempts at the slalom course, five attempts at the jump, or 10 minutes of tricking or free skiing, wakeboarding & bare footing.

To keep you informed on what is happening within the Club, a periodic Email news and Magazine, aptly named "Tournament Skier", is produced by Club members.

The Club runs a number of functions throughout the season. These functions include:

Three Club Tournaments, which cater for skiers of ALL levels.
Fun and Novelty Tournaments.
One or more Victorian Water Ski Association Tournaments, plus other major tournaments such as Victorian or Australian Championships.
Annual Ski School and other coaching clinics.
An annual Presentation Night.
