The Latrobe Valley Water Ski Club Inc is located in Hall's Bay, Lake Narracan. The site is located approximately 130 km east of Melbourne through Moe and is accessible from Yallourn North. From Melbourne, the site is a comfortable one and a half hour drive down the Princes Highway.

Hall's Bay is one of the most picturesque water skiing sites in Australia, nestled in a valley surrounded by tall trees and rolling hills. Not only is it picturesque, but it is also regarded as one of the best tournament water skiing sites in the country. LVWSC has been host to some major tournament, including the Australian Titles, Australian Masters, and Edison Mission Energy Masters.
