The process after submission of a new member application form is that the Club Management Committee considers applications at its next monthly meeting. New members may be asked to be present at that meeting depending on the information supplied with the application. A membership approved by the Committee is not a formal membership until all fees have been paid. The Membership Officer will issue a Club membership tag to signify a current membership. The initial Joining and Membership Fees paid after 31 March of any year will apply to the following season. Nomination
